Information on the current state of things, what needs to be improved and what is already well managed, is required to create a safe and healthy workplace. Based on broad research material and standardized methods, the 3T Audit is a fast and precise report on those subjects.
3T Audit includes personnel questionnaire (3T Culture Survey), 3T Management Evaluation, key person interviews and work environment observations with, for example the Elmeri+ or Elmeri Industry method.
The results are presented in a clear report on the current state and suggestions for actions.
3T Audit may precede coaching programs and management workshops or be included in the safety culture development plan.
DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY AND SAFETY CULTURE
The occupational health, safety and well-being culture shows in actions. Developing the culture is long-term and systematic work. The 3T product and service selection is designed for innovative development and maintenance of a company culture that considers occupational safety, health and welfare. The strengths and challenges of the workplace are taken into account when constructing the program.
The image represents a comprehensive operational plan. Often the program starts with the 3T Audit. Emphasizing development and details of the content vary from client to client. As a client of 3T you have the opportunity to utilise the HSEQ Monitor or HSEQ Online for risk assessment and activation of hazard reporting for the duration of the scheme. The 3T training multimedia may be utilised e.g. for stepping up “15 minutes of safety” or OHS Moments, or through the 3T e-College as part of supervisor coaching or personnel introductions.
BEHAVIOURAL-BASED SAFETY IMPLEMENTATION
We provide safety-psychological bulletins, coaching, workshops, participating exercise books and materials and solutions for online learning. These are to help develop the safety and situation awareness of people, and to recognise dangerous habits. Factors that maintain dangerous habits are analysed in the workshops and safe working methods are developed to replace the unfavourable ones. The coaching is available for management and supervisors, white collar and blue collar employees. Everyone plays a role in the upkeep of the safety culture. The program can be carried out partly in distance learning thanks to the 3T learning multimedia. The coaching utilizes methods that inspire participation.

With them it is easy for the supervisor to hold a memorable and discussion-raising Toolbox talk every week. A computer or separate room for holding the moment is not necessarily required. INVESTIGATING AND ASSESSMENT OF OCCUPATIONAL HAZARDS, RISK ASSESSMENT
The Occupational Health and Safety Act requires workplaces recognise occupational hazards and strain factors and assess their health impact. The assessment must be kept up to date. We offer a method to meet these requirements in a way that the results provide clear benefits at the workplace. We can hold workshops where the risk assessment process is completed efficiently, and train your key persons to lead projects.
3T Risk Assessment is the most advanced method on the market. The strengths of the 3T Risk Assessment include:

DEVELOPING WORK ENVIRONMENT
We have created methods and operational models that result in a permanently safe work environment without extra workload such as constant “clean-ups”. Tools for observation, development and measuring are the standardized methods Elmeri+ and Elmeri Industry, TR Meter (construction), ElmeriSL (internal logistics), Elmeri-Mining, Office-Elmeri and MVR Meter (urban and regional planning) or client-specific forms, which have been developed by 3T Results in co-operation with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration in Finland and the Finnish Institute for Occupational Health. We will help you to introduce these methods as part of the continuous improvement process of the occupational health and safety and methods.
3T CULTURE SURVEY
Evaluate reality accurately, develop the right things
Efficient management of health and safety requires information on the state of health and safety at the workplace and effectiveness of the risk management methods. The 3T Culture Survey is a personnel questionnaire to objectively find out the strengths of the working environment, processes, OHS Management and personal lifestyle and what requires further development. Based on the results, goals can be set for the whole organization or a specific unit and targeted operational plans may be created.
A personnel survey is not only an important tool when improving the safety and well-being at the workplace but a way to get feedback and participate the personnel.
The Survey can be carried out once as a separate project or by repeating it systematically in between actions, which also provides information on the efficiency of the management. A questionnaire is a good addition to the other data gathering methods of e.g. the 3T Audit, such as safety observations and management interviews.
CAMPAIGNS AND COMPETITIONS IN WORK ENVIRONMENT AND WELL-BEING
We have produced competitions in working conditions for several different fields in co-operation with labour market organisations, companies and other stakeholders in the field. The results have shown that even occupational safety and health can be competed in - not in a serious mind-set but by learning from others and monitoring your own progress. For example, incidence of occupational accidents reduced by 25 % in the companies participating in the technology industry competition, while improvement in the whole field was only a few per cent. The direct savings gained were worth almost 20 million euros.
Competitions also work as a means for internal campaigning in organisations. By using different kinds of proactive measuring tools such as work environment observation indexes, amount of hazard reports and safety knowledge, a marked improvement can be reached in the workplace safety culture. You get what you measure!
The 3T digital learning is a great way to support campaigns. Suitable topics for different duties, seasons and themes can be found from our vast selection. For example, you can construct a so-called year clock. In the concept, a different topic and relevant e-learning materials, posters and other communication tools are selected for each month of the year.
